The PRO-BAR Series
provides economical, high-visibility 50-segment
bargraph displays for popular process signals
such as 4-20 mA, 0-10 mA, 1-5 V, and 0-10 V. The
scale measures a full 250 mm (10") for
exceptional visibility over long distances. A
units-of-measure window allows the scale to be
labeled.
The PRO-BAR housing is made of extruded
aluminum and can be panel mounted, wall mounted,
or suspended. Installation can be such that the
bargraph is horizontal or vertical. When panel
mounted, the front of the display is sealed to
IP54 (NEMA-12).
LED bargraph meters are popular replacements
for sight-glass or moving coil mechanical
displays. With LEDs, there are no moving parts
to wear, visibility is excellent, and the cost
of maintenance is very low.
Bargraph meters are an ideal means to display
relative values, with no need to interpret
numerical data. They can be augmented by digital
panel meters or large-digit numeric displays
when absolute readings are required. The same
process signal can be applied bargraph and
digital meters. |
